I know it can be tought...Byron has been working on that too and it has been hard with his traveling. I have found some great recipes that are low cal and quite tasty if you are interested. They are easy to make and they are even great for kids. Also, if you watch the Biggest Loser, chew gum! It will curve your sweet tooth and it is only 5 calories!! Plus, drink lots of water...your brain can't tell if you are hungry or thirsty, so, if you know it is not meal time try drinking water to curve your appetite until it is time to eat! Ok...enough advice. I'm sure you have heard it all before, but I will send you the recipes if you would like.
